 This time, I will write about what I have been practicing recently. As I said before, I am currently working part-time at a ramen shop. Recently, I've been doing more and more cooking in the kitchen, and there's something I'm particularly focusing on. It's fried rice. Fried rice will burn quickly if you don't use the pot well. Be sure to ask for fried rice when you come to Magokoro-tei as you will be good at it!
