 Hello. How did you spend your Christmas? I'm going to write about my Christmas this time! I made roast beef for the first time by myself! I had an image that it would be difficult to make, but after trying it this time, I found out that it can be done easily by using rice cooker and other things that I have at home! All you need is meat and seasonings, so it was easy to make a delicious meat dish! I'm sure it would be a hit at a party, so why don't you give it a try?

   Today I would like to talk about this picture!  I am from Tokamachi city, where it snows heavily every winter, and I was very surprised at the amount of snow that fell in Niigata last Sunday and today!   　My artifact is bicycle.It is about 1 meter 20 centimeters wide and 90 centimeters high.There are various types of bicycles, some with baskets, some with electric assist, etc. My bicycle is very light and weighs about the same as a three-year-old child, and the handlebars are shaped differently from those of a regular bicycle.I started using it in my sophomore year of high school. 　It was bought for me by my grandmother when I was a sophomore in high school. I used it to get to and from school almost every day. I also rode it to the mountains and went fishing in it, including a river 20 kilometers away. After moving to Niigata, I used it to get to and from college and spent a lot of time riding it to and from shopping with friends and cycling to Sekiya beach.  This time I'm going to write about the time I went out to dinner with friends! I went to a ramen restaurant called Katidoki-ya. I had a large bowl of mixed soba noodles. It was my first time to try mixed soba, and it was so delicious, and the rice that followed it after all the noodles were eaten was also delicious! The restaurant is very close to Toyoei station, so please go there and try it!

   This time, I will write about what I have been practicing recently. As I said before, I am currently working part-time at a ramen shop. Recently, I've been doing more and more cooking in the kitchen, and there's something I'm particularly focusing on. It's fried rice. Fried rice will burn quickly if you don't use the pot well.
